As the Emperor Angel Changes into an adult, the circular white lines of the juvenile stage fade and the yellow and blue striping across the length of the body takes prominence. There can also be pattern variations within the Emperor Angelfish from different regions as well as color variations between yellow and orange on the tail of the fish.
