The Molly Miller Blenny, also called the Combtooth Blenny, is a native of the Caribbean Sea. Its body and fins are covered in a mottled pattern of tan, white, and black, with the head adorned with short hair-like appendages and prominent eyes. To provide a suitable environment, a well-established aquarium of at least 30 gallons with plenty of hiding places and live rock is necessary. The live rock serves as a source of food and shelter, as the Molly Miller Blenny feeds on small crustaceans and algae while also using the rock as a hiding place. It is typically not aggressive, except towards fish with similar shapes.

The Molly Miller Blenny's diet should consist of meaty items such as finely chopped crustacean flesh, vitamin-enriched frozen brine and mysis shrimp. A quality dried seaweed should be added to the diet if there is a lack of algae in the aquarium.
