Appearance: The Chevron Butterflyfish has a distinct and eye-catching appearance with its black chevron-shaped pattern on a white body. It features a yellow tail fin and a yellow band across the head.

Tank Size: A minimum tank size of 75 gallons is recommended for a single Chevron Butterflyfish. For a pair or a small group, a larger tank with at least 100-125 gallons is necessary to provide adequate swimming space.

Diet: In the wild, Chevron Butterflyfish feed on a variety of algae, coral polyps, and small invertebrates. In captivity, they can be fed a varied diet that includes high-quality marine flake or pellet foods, frozen mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and chopped seafood. Offering a mix of live and frozen foods will help mimic their natural feeding behavior.

Habitat and Enrichment: Provide plenty of live rock and hiding spots in the aquarium to create a natural-looking environment. Chevron Butterflyfish enjoy exploring their surroundings, so incorporating caves and crevices will encourage their natural behavior.
